-Lubrication and adjustment of springs tension, guides, bearings and all moving parts.

-Drop Testing as required by National Fire Protection Association

Sectional Doors:

-Inspection of door, track, sections, cables, chains, shafts, weather-stripping and bottom astragal, hardware and safety equipment and all associated parts.

-Adjust and Lubrication of springs, track, couplings, and all moving parts.

-Tightening of loose hinges, bolts, and couplings.

Motor Operators:

Full inspection of unit and wiring, adjust and tighten brakes, sprockets, clutch, chains, arms and rails, checking and setting limits, and lubrication of all moving parts.

Dock Levelers:

Inspection of dock plate and all hydraulic hoses and connections, cleaning and removing debris from pit, lubrication of hinges, shaft, springs, and all moving parts, adjusting of lip actuating devices, deck counterbalances, hold down unit, linkage and fasteners and cable clamps.

* Any additional parts or repairs needed upon inspection will be quoted separately to assist with keeping your door repairs under budget.
